Brownie Cookies

Our Chocolate Brownie Cookies are lightweight, yet rich and decadent to eat. Made with a thick chocolate and egg yolk base, then lightened with a swiss meringue, loaded with choc chips, cocoa, and a mix of flours, then finished with extra choc chips, caramel sauce, and a sprinkling of flaky sea salt.

Our white chocolate and coconut version are just as amazing but we have replaced the cocoa for coconut, drizzled with extra white chocolate, and topped with more coconut.

These Cookies just happen to be Gluten Free so no need to worry about feeding your gluten intolerant or Coeliac friends or family.  Everyone else, won’t even notice. BEST of both worlds!

ALL ORDERS FOR THE WEEKEND MUST BE MADE BEFORE MIDDAY ON A THURSDAY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER MIDDAY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THAT WEEKEND.

Every item is handmade with LOVE and many of them take several days to complete. We want your Cookies to be at their best when you receive them.
