In this workshop you will make a beautiful, sharp-edged, fondant covered cake with a large fantasy Flower that you can take home to share with the fam and your friends
- Learn how to make dark chocolate and white chocolate ganaches.
- Split and fill an 8 inch round cake with ganache and fillings of your choice and then cover your cake in ganache to create the perfect base for your fondant covering.
- Colour fondant and cover your cake with a plain or marbled colour fondant and create those crispy sharp edges.
- Cover Your board
- Learn how to make a large sugar fantasy flower.
- Discuss various techniques to complete your final cake design
