In this workshop you will make a beautiful, sharp-edged, fondant covered cake with a large fantasy Flower that you can take home to share with the fam and your friends

THE WORKSHOP:

  • Learn how to make dark chocolate and white chocolate ganaches.
  • Split and fill an 8 inch round cake with ganache and fillings of your choice and then cover your cake in ganache to create the perfect base for your fondant covering.
  • Colour fondant and cover your cake with a plain or marbled colour fondant and create those crispy sharp edges.
  • Cover Your board
  • Learn how to make a large sugar fantasy flower.
  • Discuss various techniques to complete your final cake design
