You will fully decorate a 6 inch cake to take home and show off to everyone you know.
THE WORKSHOP:
- how to design and pick your colour scheme for your cake
- How to make a Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC)
- how to split and fill a cake with ganache and SMBC
- How to colour match your SMBC and cover your cake in an Ombre, Marble or water colour effect
- How to add the finishing touches to your cake
EQUIPMENT:
- Just bring yourself and your phone or cameras if you would like to take photos,
- Everything else you could possibly need I will have here in the shop
- Wear enclosed shoes
- Aprons will be provided
